By purchasing an item advertised on this website and/or becoming a member of Oregano Bakery , you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Oregano Bakery has the right to revise or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Orders
Anyone can view our Website without entering personal information. To place an order, you must provide contact information (like your name and shipping address) and financial information (like your credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. You do not need to create an account to make purchases on our site.
Design
Our scrolls are all handmade and are therefore individual. We will do our best to match designs and colours but there may be some variance. We cannot guarantee to exactly produce the same scrolls ordered from a picture/photo from other bakers.
We reserve the right to use our judgment when creating and designing your scrolls and we may need to adjust your order accordingly. In the event of this happening we will endeavour to advise you in advance.
Amendments
Any amendment to your order must be confirmed via email as soon as possible, and may be subject to an additional charge if extra work is required. We will do our best to accommodate last minute changes, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, work already completed is still chargeable. All payments are non-refundable
GST (Goods & Services Tax)
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.
Currency
All prices on oreganbakery.com.au are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Delivery
We deliver to a range of postcodes around Sydney. Deliveries takes place between 9am to 5.30pm on the day that you select. We cannot specify an exact time for delivery. The delivery fee is payable in addition to the cost of your order and will be added at the point of check-out.
Oregano Bakery recommend you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient is not likely to be home. Oregano Bakery requests that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the day of delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, then the box will be left outside the premises.
Unattended Deliveries
Oregano Bakery will not contact the gift-recipients and/or other parties by phone if or when the requested delivery location is unattended.
Oregano Bakery will have records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of delivery being left safely and securely at unattended premises.
Wrong Address
It is the customers obligation to supply accurate details at the time of order.
When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be disposed of as products no longer remain fresh.
Re-delivery will not be guaranteed. In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, It is the customer’s responsibility to decide on whether they would like to purchase another box and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will not be credited or refunded any monies paid for original order.
Delivery Schedule
Every effort is taken to obey to the above delivery schedule, please be advised that we use external couriers for all our deliveries, and occasionally circumstances arise which are out of our control resulting delays.
Oregano Bakery do not accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to safeguard your goods arrive on time.
Fraud
Any party engaged in illegal activities involving the use of this website will be subject to Australian civil and criminal sanctions and prosecution. Oregano Bakery does not guarantee that it will be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website. It is an illegal violation to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulently obtained credit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order will be prosecuted.
